Ways To Support

There are multiple ways that you can get involved to support this endeavor, in general it comes down to marketing the website to get the word out, and getting feedback on the website and the concept of a community civic center in Stanislaus County, more specifically in Modesto. Here are some specific ways you can get involved:

Impact in Minutes

You can fill out the Civic Center Survey in the About section.
You can post on social media to help get the word out.
You can email me to share any ideas or information you think is helpful.
You can request a lawn sign or poster/handout in advance, and I can deliver them when they become available. (Lawn signs should be only placed on your property or where you have permission. Handouts as seen below can be at your place of business or posted on a community bulletin board.) You can also design your own, and or use the images below to print if you like.

Project-Level Involvement

I would like to rebuild this website so that it is made in a sustainable way that doesn't rely on just me to maintain it, embracing the support of moderators. I like the idea of having an open-source website that any city or county could use to help build community and club participation.

I'm Building A Team

I'm looking for a dedicated team of individuals to fill the roles of the nonprofit organization. This will take time to find a good fit, as finding people that work well with one another can be a challenging process. Reach out via email and we can chat, and go from there.

This is the current design for the yard sign, the design may change, and there may also be variations made as well.

This is an idea for a handout/poster I generated with AI that I thought could be posted in areas like the MJC bulletin board as an 8.5 × 11 inch poster, or placed in businesses with smaller dimensions. I had an 18 to 45 age demographic in mind. Feel free to create your own poster to share as well.

Another flyer variation, more targeting a larger demographic, anyone who appreciates cute pet imagery.

This is a flyer with a different art style that has images that represent current clubs and groups that meet currently. I think the general idea is that people see what they want to see, if they like classic cars, they see the car. If they are into gardening the sunflower might grab their attention. This also has a QR code integrated into it.

Here are some sticker ideas incorporating pets, I took some inspiration from Grumpy Cat and one of my favorite episodes of Parks and Recreation.
